Apologies but I have already done that

Thanks for your feedback, but I have already done that. The mmm extension is already showing, and I have ticked it and confirmed that the client is associating to PNAGENT. The Lotus Notes pubished client is loading when the MAILTO is clicked, so I know the association part is working. It is just not passing the actual mailto part and is giving the error.
